Advent at HBBC

Our Advent theme for this year is “How Great Our Joy!” We look forward to the many experiences and offerings of joy we can share with our family, church, and community this season. Through holy worship, devotional reflections, and meaningful relationships, we will strive to share the joy of Christ’s birth in our world.

CHRISTMAS MISSIONS OFFERING
The Christmas Missions Offering is an opportunity to bless the world through giving. Did you know that at our church’s first worship service, an offering for missions was collected, and we want to celebrate this during our centennial year. Missions are at the heart of who we are, and what better way to celebrate than to share our great joy in the coming of the Christ child with those around us in need.

There are three areas where you can designate your gifts this year: CBF Global Missions Offering, Special Centennial Missions Focus – World Hunger, and HBBC Missions. You can give using one of the Christmas Missions Offering envelopes or online at hbbc.org/give and choose the fund to which you would like to apply your gift.

Our goal this year is $45,000. Prayerfully consider how you might help us achieve it.

Hayes Barton Baptist Church is hosting its annual Christmas tradition – the Living Nativity! The Living Nativity is a highly anticipated yearly production that serves both our church and community.

Volunteers Needed – Please prayerfully consider a time when you, your family, and your friends can sign up to serve in this special role to share the Christmas message with the community.
