Ash Wednesday

Ash Wednesday Imposition of Ashes
Wednesday, March 5 at 8:00 AM, 12:00 PM, and 5:00 PM in the Chapel
Ash Wednesday is the beginning of the season of Lent, during which we symbolically prepare for the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus. Christians traditionally observe Ash Wednesday by wearing an ashen cross on their foreheads or right hands, symbolizing our need for God’s grace. Not only does the cross inform others that we place our faith in Christ; but it also invites conversations of faith into our daily routines. You are invited to come, worship, and participate. Please plan to use our new entrance to get to the Chapel.
