Health at Home
Each season of our lives requires rethinking issues and circumstances. In conjunction with Aging in Place, we will host two panel discussions this fall. These conversations are open to all ages, whether you find yourself thinking about these topics for yourself, a friend, a parent, or a grandparent. Don’t wait until it’s too late to start talking about these topics. The cost of the event is $5 per person. Snacks will be provided. Reserve your spot today.
HEALTH AT HOME: BUILDING THE RIGHT SUPPORT BEFORE YOU NEED IT

Staying at home safely often requires more than good intentions – it requires a plan. This session will explore the resources and services that help people remain independent at home, including home safety modifications, home care, respite care for family caregivers, medication management, hospice, and other community supports. Whether you’re currently caregiving or planning ahead, you’ll leave with practical information and trusted resources to help navigate the journey with confidence.
