HAYES BARTON BAPTIST PRESCHOOL

Caring for children may be the most important responsibility anyone ever has. At Hayes Barton Baptist Preschool, your children can begin their learning – and socialization with other children – in a nurturing, compassionate and joyous environment based on Christian principles and a commitment to protect and nurture God’s greatest gifts.

Christian Educational Environment

Our role is enabling each child in our care to realize his or her own God-given potential. That’s why we treat the time we have with our students as an opportunity to share the love and abilities that God has given us. Christian ideas – and ideals – are the foundation of our approach: We present them as a way of life rather than a separate subject matter.

Developmentally-Appropriate Curriculum

We focus on meeting the needs of the whole child – physical, intellectual, social, emotional and spiritual. Our program includes center-based activities, stories, music, art, nature and play. We also provide opportunities to learn about God, God’s world and God’s love. Our traditional theme-based preschool curriculum is enhanced by the Wee Learn teaching series.

Support And Encouragement For Parents

We support families in their efforts to provide a happy, secure and wholesome home environment. We promote the importance of a Christ-centered family as we seek to model Christian values and services in the classroom and in our relationships. We strive to work cooperatively to ensure every child’s success at home and at school.
