
Women’s Strength Class (spring 2025)
Women’s Strength Class is designed for all fitness levels and ages. This class will be led by local trainer, Judy Stewart. We will work with dumbbells, bands, balls, and our body weight to perform various exercises. We will perform strength training, stretching, gentle plyometric training, and lots of core work.
