Women’s Strength Class (winter 2025)

Women’s Strength Class is designed for all fitness levels and ages! Led by local trainer Judy Stewart. We will work with dumbbells, bands, balls, and body weight to perform different exercises. We will perform strength training, stretching, gentle plyometric training, and lots of core work. All you need to bring is a towel and a water bottle; the church has the rest! Please register ahead of time. The cost is $60 for the three-month class or a $10 drop-in fee. Please contact Garrett Ferguson (gferguson@hbbc.org) with any questions.
